To un-vault a board you must have access to the vault that board is in.
You can tell a board is in a vault if the vault icon in the top right corner is coloured in and not white.
To remove the board from this vault, press the down arrow next to the vault icon and "Change Vault".
Change the vault to "None" and "Save" to remove the board from the vault.
