Sets allow you to group multiple items together within your Project. You can add Cards, Boards, Lists, Kanbans and Rundowns to a Set.

.

Here are some examples of when a Set might come in handy:

  • If you create multiple Edit Rundown Boards for Episodes, you can create a Post Production Set so that those Boards can be grouped together.
  • If you work on a Radio Show, you can have a Daily Card and the Daily Rundown Board in a Set for Today.
  • Casting teams can have Talent Cards and a Day Schedule in a Set for each Audition Day
  • You can create a VIP Set and add your top Client Cards to it.

.

You can view and access your Sets from the sidebar menu.

Click the Search Icon, and then expand your Sets by clicking the arrow icon (>):

You can save your Sets to the Dashboard for ease of viewing and accessing. It will display as a list of items that you can click into from the Dashboard.

Note, Sets are a feature that must first be enabled in Project Settings before they can be used. See "How do I create a Set?"
