Lumi looks a little different. Below you show you how to navigate your new toolbar.
To the left of your Lumi project, you will have a black bar spanning the length of your screen. This is your Lumi Toolbar.
You will be able to create, access and amend anything in your Lumi project from this bar.
Dashboard (Home Button) - You can click this button anywhere in your Lumi project and it will bring you directly to your Lumi dashboard.
Favourites - Anything you favourite in your project can be found here. This is individual to each user.
Search - You can search for anything in your Lumi project here. All saved searches will appear here. You can also expand headings to see specific boards, lists and kanbans.
Lumi Project Library - This is your complete project library where you will find every piece of your Lumi project. Everything from cards to media files to attachments.
Create - This is where you can begin the creation of Cards, Column Boards, Grid Boards, Kanbans, Rundowns, Lists, attach files and media.
Inbox - If you are taking advantage of Lumi's casting feature, your applicants will appear in your inbox. You can access the inbox with one simple click.
Access Management - Manage users and access within your project here.
Settings - This is where you will be able to create, amend and access your Projects details, Card Categories, Fields, Field Sets, Project Sets and Casting Applications.
Recycle Bin - When you delete items from your project, you will find them here. Items are able to be restored incase of incorrect deletion.
Help Desk - Clicking this icon will bring you to articles like this one that will help you navigate Lumi.
Contact Us - When clicking this icon, a bubble will appear in the bottom right hand corner of your project. That will then allow you to send an email to Lumi support with any questions you may have. If you are experiencing an issue within your Lumi project, this is the best way to get in touch with the support team.
FYI - Anything that is sent to you as an FYI will live here. You can access them and and even reply to them from here.
Sign Out - This is where you can sign out of your Lumi Project.
