All "Person" ard types (ie Applicant, Clients & Sponsors, Talent, Crew) have the phone, email and address fields by default.



Locations Cards have the address field by default.



Don't have contact fields on your Card?  

Non-Person Card Categories such as Projects, Events, Episodes, do not have contact details by default. You can add them in Project Settings. 


Note, only Admin Users can access Project Settings.


Click on your avatar on the bottom-left to access the User menu, then select "Project Settings". 



Click the "Categories" tab in the toolbar to view and edit Card Categories.


Find the Category that you want to add contact details to, and double click in the Fields column. 


The "Edit Fields in Card Category" window will open. At the top are all the Fields already attached to the Category, and at the bottom are all the Fields available for the Project.

Click on "Contact Details" from the list of fields available. This will add Phone and Email Fields to this Category.


Note, if you want Address fields, you will need to use a Person type Card or a Location Card.


The new contact fields will be added to any new or existing Card of this Category.
