How do I add Social Media fields to a Card?

All "Person" Card types (ie Applicant, Clients & Sponsors, Talent, Crew) have Socials fields by default. Social Fields currently include Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and Snapchat.


Socials live in the contact details section of a Card. Click on the person icon to expand this section. 



Don't have Social Fields on your Card?  

If your Card doesn't have Socials and you want to add them, you can do this in Project Settings. Non-Person Card Categories such as Projects, Events, Episodes, do not have Social Fields by default. 


Click on your avatar on the bottom-left to access the User menu, then select "Project Settings". 



Click the "Categories" tab in the toolbar to view and edit Card Categories.


Find the Category that you want to add Social Fields to, and double click in the Fields column. 


The "Edit Fields in Card Category" window will open. At the top are all the Fields already attached to the Category, and at the bottom are all the Fields available for the Project.

Click on "Socials" from the list of fields available. This will add all the Social fields to this Category.


The Social Fields will be added to any new or existing Card of this Category.
