If you want to prompt an applicant to complete their application, you can manually send them the link to their incomplete application. This will contain any information, images and files they have already entered/uploaded.
1. Open the Inbox and then select the Pending tab.
2. Right click on the applicant row and select "Copy Applicant Link". This saves the link to your clipboard.
3. Paste the application link in an email or message to you applicant.
Automatic Email Reminders
An automatic email reminder is sent to applicants after 72 hours of starting but not submitting their application.
Another reminder email is sent after 72 hours if they edit an unsubmitted application and still don't submit it.
The automatic reminder email is as follows:
Hello,
We notice that you started to apply for [Casting Application Name], but did not complete your
application or submit it.
To continue with your application, you may use the link below, or the original link you received
when you applied.
If you have decided not to proceed with the application then please ignore this email. You can
cancel your application using the link at the bottom of this email, and once the casting call closes
we will delete your partial application.
