Can an applicant edit their submitted application?

Once an applicant submits their application they can't edit it, unless you reopen it via Lumi.


If an applicant tries to login to their application after submitting it, they won't be able to review or edit it. They will see the following message.

You can reopen their application so they can edit or review it. 

To reopen an application:

  1. Open the applicant's Card.
  2. Click the three dots on the top-right, and click "Reopen Application". Note, if the option to "Reopen Application" is missing from the menu, it means that this applicant has not yet submitted their application. In this case, they can simply use their prior link to edit or review their application. 

    3. Click "Ok", then "Confirm".


This will remove the "Date Applied" from their record on the Inbox which will allow them to edit their application.


Once they edit their application and click "Submit", their updated application will import and their new "Date Applied" will be populated.
