Regardless of whether your payment interval is set to monthly or yearly, your subscriber will be charged immediately upon completing the payment section of their application.
They will then be charged monthly or yearly thereafter, depending on the payment interval set in the application configuration (as shown above).
Note, once recurring payments have been set up and saved you cannot edit the amount or frequency.
