If your applicant encounters any payment related issues they should contact to your organisation in the first instance. 


We recommend that you provide a contact email for your applicants, helping to make their application experience as user friendly as possible. 


You can provide a contact email in the application configuration.


Set up a Contact Email

1. Click your avatar on the bottom-left to open the User menu.

2. Select "Casting Settings".

3. Open your application by clicking on the three dots on the right, and selecting "Edit". Or, simply click on the Application name.

4. Expand the "Application Info" section and enter your "Support Email".

5. Click "Save".

Now, when your applicants click "submit application" they will be provided with your email, as shown below.

Your email will also be provided in the "your application has been received" email. 

As the applicant emails they receive are "do not reply", this gives them a point of contact should they encounter any problems or have any questions.
