What does "Unpaid" status mean in the Inbox / Pending Inbox?

If you see an applicant in the Pending Inbox with the status of "Unpaid" it means they have completed their application and clicked submit, but not taken the final step of entering their payment details and processing their payment.

If you want to communicate with an unpaid applicant you can manually import them to the Inbox, where you can send them an email or sms. Once they are imported to the Inbox you can also view the information they have entered. 


If the Pending Inbox is toggled off in project settings, applicants will autoimport whilst they are still completing their application. In this case, you will see applicants with a status of "unpaid" in the main Inbox until the applicant completes the payment process. Their payment status will then change to "Paid", "Subscribed" or "Trial" depending on the payment type.
