How do I remove a Card from a Vault?

To remove a Card from a Vault, enter the Card, press the dropdown menu between the notifications bell, and the three dots then "Change Vault".

From here you can choose to add the Card to another Vault, or select "None" and then "Save" to remove the Card from the Vault.
