How do I bulk add Tabs to Cards?

You can easily and efficiently add a new content tab to multiple Cards that have already been created. Here's how!

Step 1: Create a Tab Template

First, you will need to create your tab template. You can do this with an existing tab, or you can start from scratch by creating a new tab on a Card. 

1. Set up the tab exactly as you want it. 

2. Click the three dots in the tab header to open the action menu and click "Save as Template".

3. Select "Create a new Template".

4. Enter a relevant name for your template.

5. Click "Save".

Your Tab template has been created and is ready to use!

Step 2: Bulk add the Tab to selected Cards

1. In the Lumi Library, perform a search to find the relevant Cards.

2. Select all Cards that you want to add the templated tab to.

3. Click the "Add Content to Cards" iconon the bulk actions menu on the right. The "Add Content to Cards" dialog will open.

4. Name - Enter a name for the new tabs that will be added to the selected Cards. This may or may not be the same name as the template.

5. Template - Choose the desired template from the drop-down menu. Note, if no "Template" drop-down menu displays, it means there are no tab templates created for this Project yet.

6. Click "Add".

The templated tab will be added to the selected cards.
