What is a Group?
An application is comprised of Sections (pages), Groups (of questions) and Questions. Each "Section" creates a separate page in your Casting application.
Groups are where you add your questions. A Group can have a single question, or a group of questions. Each Group is contained within a translucent border, as shown in the screenshots below.

Add a Group
If you want to add a Group to a page (Section), click the "Add Group" button.
A new group will be added to the section.
The new group will have the following two components:
- Text - (Optional) This text will display in the translucent area at the top of a Group. If there is only one question in the group you can use this text to ask your question. If there are multiple questions in the group, you can leave this blank, or enter some text that is relevant to the questions within the group.
- Questions - (Mandatory) You must add a question or questions to your group. Even if you ask the question using the text that sits at the top of the group, "Add Question" is what provides an input field for the applicant to respond. Questions can either be rich text, or card fields. For more information on adding questions to your group see "How can I add a new question to my application?".
The example below shows what happens if you don't add a question to your group.
Group 1: INCORRECT. The user entered group text as the question, but didn't add a question field for the applicant to respond.
Group 2: CORRECT. The user entered group text as the question, and added a rich text question for the applicant to respond. They hid the question label because the question is asked via the group text.
Click the "Save" button on the top-right to save any changes.
