Great news! You can now duplicate your applications. This allows you to configure an application exactly as you want, then duplicate and repurpose it, saving you lots of time and energy.

Note, the current limitations are that the team and payments sections are not duplicated, and neither is logo or background image.

Duplicate an Application

To duplicate an application, go to Casting Settings.

Click your avatar on the bottom-left to open the User menu.

Select "Casting Settings".

Click on the three dots next to the application you want to duplicate and select "Duplicate".

Your duplicate application will open automatically.

Expand the "Application Info" section by clicking the downward arrow.

Edit the new Application

You can edit the new application as desired. 

Remember to click "Save" on the top right after making any changes.

Edit the Application Name

Expand the "Application Info" section by clicking the downward arrow.

See the application name, which will be the same as the original application, followed by "(copy)". 

Edit the name as desired by clicking into the field and typing, and remove "(copy)". The name cannot be identical to the original name.

Click "Save" on the top right.

Review the Start and Close Date

The Start Date and Close Date will automatically be reset for the duplicate application as Start Date (today) and Close Date (2 months from today).

Edit the Start and Close Date if desired.

Click "Save" on the top right.
