Applicants must authenticate their application by entering a temporary code. They can receive this code by sms or email.
Expand the "Authentication" section of the application.
Simple: This is the default method and sends the temporary code to the applicant's email address.
2FA (sms): This is a more secure method. We recommend this if collecting Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or if you come under GDPR/UKGDPR/SOC legislation. Please note there are sms fees associated with turning this on. Please contact sales@lumi.media for more information on 2FA.
