You can change the order Fields display on a Card in three ways, as detailed below.
Change the order of fields on a Card
Your custom fields that are not part of a Field Set will display under the abacus iconon a Card. Within this group of fields you can customise the order they display on the Card.
1. Click your avatar on the bottom-left to open the User menu.
2. Select "Project Settings".
3. Select the "Categories" tab.
4. Find the desired Category, then click in the Fields cell to open the "Edit fields in Category" window.
5. Drag the fields by the move icon to the order you want them to display on the Cards.
This will change the order of fields for both existing and new Cards of this Category.
Change the order of fields within a Field Set
You can change the order that fields display within a Field Set.
1. Go to Project Settings and select the "Fields Set" tab.
2. Click the three dots next to the Field Set you want to reorder.
3. Select "Edit".
The "Edit Field Set" dialog will open.
4. Under "Fields Added", drag the fields by the move iconinto the desired order.
5. Click "Save".
This will change to order of the fields within this Field Set for any Category it is on.
Change the order of the Field Set tabs on a Card
You can change the order that the Field Set tabs display on a Card.
The exception to this are the default Person fields which will always display first, and the custom fields that are not in a Field Set, which display under the abacus iconand will alway display last.
To change the order of the Field Set tabs:
1. Go to Project Settings and select the "Categories" tab.
2. Double-click in the "Field Sets" column for the relevant Card Category.
The "Edit Field Sets" dialog will open.
3. Drag the Field Sets by the move iconinto the order that you want them to display on the Cards.
4. Click outside of the window to close it.
