Card Field Columns
List columns are fully customisable, which allows you to control what information from Cards will display on your List. Information across multiple Cards is visible at a glance, so you can easily compare information between Cards. You can edit Card fields directly on a List, avoiding duplication of your work.
To add field columns to your List click the three dots on the top-right of your screen.
Select "Columns" from the dropdown menu.
From here you can add, delete and edit existing columns.
Click the + to create a new column.
To add Card Field columns select the Field column type.
Then select the Field you want to add as a column. Note, the drop-down menu will show all available Fields in the Project, so some may not be on the Cards you are adding to the List.
Repeat for all the Card fields you want to add to your List.
Click "Save & Close".
List Columns
The other column types available from the drop-down menu are List columns. These are very useful columns for recording information that will exist on the List only, and is not recorded on the Cards.
Note, if you are using an AutoList you will not be able to add List Columns, you will only be able to display Card Field Columns. This is to ensure there is no loss of data from the List if you edit the AutoList rules.
