How can I fix incorrect information submitted by an applicant?

If your applicant has submitted incorrect information, or forgotten to enter something, the quickest and easiest way to fix it is directly on the applicant's card.


Go to the Inbox and locate your applicant. Click on their name to open their applicant card.

Expand the relevant section (ie Personal Details or Fields) and edit the incorrect or missing information.
