If you are stuck on the "Lumi" loading page when trying to login, here's a simple fix. 

Right-click and select "Inspect". 

This will open the developer tools on the right-hand side.


Click the double arrows ">>" on the top-right toolbar and select "Application" from the dropdown menu.

On the Application view, select "Storage", then click "Clear site data".

Click the "x" on the top-right to close dev tools.

Refresh your browser, and you should be logged in successfully.


If this doesn't work, trigger a logout by going to this link: https://auth.lumi.media/account/logout and then login again.
