First of all don't panic! :) There are a few quick checks you can do:
1. Make sure you're using Chrome as your internet Browser.
2. Check your Wifi connection.
3. Check the recycle bin in case you accidentally deleted what you were working on. To access the recycle bin, click your avatar in the bottom-left corner, and select "Recycle Bin" on the menu. 
If you find the missing item, click the restore 
button to restore it to your Project. You can restore Media, Cards, Lists, Boards and Kanbans from the recycle bin.
5. If none of the above resolved your issue, contact us by clicking the envelope
on the Lumi sidebar menu, and send a message explaining what happened and we will get back to you ASAP.
