Help! I've lost / deleted content on a tab?

If you have accidentally overwritten or deleted content on a card tab - don't panic! You now have the ability to restore prior versions of the tab.

Each time a tab is edited a record of the previous version is stored.

To access prior versions of the tab:

1. Click the three dots on the tab header to open the tab menu.

2. Click "Version History".

If the tab has been edited there will be a list of all the prior versions with a time and date stamp. You will preview the prior versions before restoring them. 

Note, restoring a tab will create a new tab, and will not overwrite the existing tab.

3. Click "Preview" to view the relevant version (based on the date & time).

4. If it's the version that you want, click "Restore" and "Confirm". Otherwise, click "Back" to view another version.

5. The restored tab will be created as a separate tab with the same name + "(Restored)".

6. If you want to hide or delete the other version of the tab, see the details below. 

Hide a Tab

1. Click the three dots on the tab header and select "Manage Tabs".

2. Click the eye icon to the right of the tab to hide it.

3. Click "Save & Close".

You can unhide the tab by clicking the eye icon again and resaving it. 

Delete a Tab

Click the three dots on the tab header and select "Delete".

The tab is now deleted.
